Access to and use of The Site is governed by this Trading Agreement. By accessing or using The Site, you are agreeing to be bound by this agreement. The Site is wholly owned and operated by TheHighStreet.Com.

The Site is a free service operated by TheHighStreet.Com. It provides a shopping service linking you to retailers selling a variety of products and services. We are not responsible for any transaction you make during the use of The Site and we advise you to read the retailers? own trading agreement or terms and conditions - which are available when you visit their site before purchasing anything from them. The Trading Agreement of this site do not represent those of our partner retailers, it is the responsibility of the user to check the terms and conditions of any partner retailer.

The inclusion of any retailer on The Site is not in any way a recommendation or warranty that the retailer will perform its obligations under any transaction you enter into. Our retailers are carefully chosen to be of both a desirable brand and high street leaders but The High Street.com does not endorse or recommend the goods or services offered by the retailer. The information on The Site about the goods and services on a retailers website is given or made available to us by the retailer. We do not guarantee to check this information independently. We give no warranty of any kind, express or implied that any information about goods is accurate, up to date or complete; or that any statements by us relating to any products or services, included on TheHighStreet.Com, constitutes any warranty that the goods and services are fit for a particular purpose or of satisfactory quality.
We are not responsible for making arrangements for any payments between you and the retailer. Payment should be made directly to the retailer using the method of payment you choose on the retailer?s Website. If you cancel or withdraw from a transaction after making a payment then we have no responsibility to give you any refund.

All warranties or conditions which would be implied by law are expressly excluded. If you choose to use The Site (including the purchase of goods and services) or the Partner Services, TheHighStreet.Com will not be liable for any loss of profit, income or business opportunity or any other direct or indirect loss which results from any failure or delay by us. In no circumstances shall TheHighStreet.Com or any of its officers or employees be liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of any use of The Site, or inability to gain access to or use of The Site.

TheHighStreet.Com owns and retains all ownership of the technology underlying and content within the Site, and reserves all rights not explicitly granted to you in these terms.
Under this agreement, you have permission to access and use The Site for your personal use, and to copy, distribute and transmit the content of The Site only to the extent that such copying, distribution and transmission is automatically done through your browser software incidental to personal use. You may print a copy of the information displayed on The Site for your personal use.
That means that, except as set forth above, you may not modify, reformat, copy, display, distribute, transmit, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information, products, or service obtained by your use of The Site. This restriction means, among other things, that you may not mirror on your own web site any portion of the Site or display through your own Website any results pages or other information from The Site without express permission from TheHighStreet.Com.
If you use the Site other than as provided above, you may violate copyright and other laws of England and Wales and other countries, and may be subject to liability.
